As the Secretary-General/Project Lead of KleMUN 2026, Xuan-Lee leads the overall organization, academic vision, and coordination of the conference.
Without her tireless dedication, late-night planning sessions, and sharp eye for detail, KleMUN 2026 simply wouldn't be what it is. From managing international delegations to steering the entire secretariat through every logistical and financial challenge and contact person to external relations, she ensures that everything runs smoothly so that delegates can experience an unforgettable conference.
Sabrina brings extensive background experience in project coordination to the team. She has collaborated with three national and international NGOs, networks, the student faculty council (FSR), and UNICEF—consistently driving her project skills forward. Her wealth of practical experience ensures that every logistical detail of KleMUN's schedule is executed flawlessly.
Ibrahim is diving deep into the complexities of international politics while applying his skills in a professional setting at KleMUN. As part of the events team, he plays a key role in bringing people together and ensuring the conference runs smoothly from behind the scenes.
Originally from Moldova, Maria-Lavinia brings a deep passion for global cultures and event planning to the KleMUN 2026 team. Having honed her organizational skills through an exchange year in the United States and a lifelong love for international travel, she is dedicated to creating seamless and memorable experiences for all participants.
As Head of Finance, Sena oversees the fiscal planning, budgeting, and financial execution of KleMUN 2026. Bringing a strong foundation in International Business Management to the secretariat, she ensures that all financial operations run efficiently and strategically.
As Head of Marketing, Surisa leads the conference's promotional strategies, digital presence, and social media content. Hailing from Thailand, she brings a distinct international perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures to her role, crafting compelling digital campaigns that connect with delegates worldwide.
As a member of the PR and Marketing team, Chiara combines her academic IR focus with hands-on promotional sponsor strategy. She drives KleMUN’s external outreach by managing relations with NRW universities and local high schools—coordinating school visits, flyer distribution, and classroom presentations.
As Head of Marketing and PR, Robert brings his strong background in British politics and public communications to lead the conference's strategic messaging. Working alongside the team, he oversees public relations initiatives, ensures consistent branding across all channels, and helps shape the public face of KleMUN 2026
As a member of the PR and Marketing team, Nayef channels his passion for international affairs and visual communication into shaping KleMUN's digital presence. Having transitioned his academic focus from civil engineering to International Relations, he applies a structured and analytical approach to unique media production. Responsibilities include coordinating live social media coverage during the conference, and maintaining the Web-Presence of KleMUN alongside his team members. Furthermore, he drives on-campus promotional efforts through classroom presentations and campus-wide poster campaigns,
As a final-year International Relations student, Meron assists the continuous designing, branding, and visual identity of all official KleMUN documents and materials. Leveraging her sharp eye for creative project management, she oversees the creation of essential conference resources, including the delegates handbook, chairing guidelines, voting procedure guides, and workshop materials. Her continuous design work also encompasses formatting conference placards, creating custom name badges via Canva, and designing official certificates. During the conference, she works closely with Nayef to execute the live social media posting timeline.
As Head of Academics, Khadir brings extensive MUN experience. Having participated in eight conferences prior to stepping into an organizing role—to lead the academic foundation of KleMUN 2026. He oversees the core educational content of the conference, including the finalization of the Rules of Procedure, the delegates handbook, study guide coordination, and specialized Delegate Training. In addition to managing academic materials, coordinates delegate and chair logistics, structures the delegate training program and the Freshers Week promotion.
