As a student-led initiative organizing KleMUN 2026, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 Abs. 1 DDG (Digital-Dienstleistung-Gesetz). According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. Upon becoming aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites (such as mymun.com, partner universities, or social media platforms) over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages.

The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. We process your data strictly for the organization and execution of KleMUN 2026 conference. This includes managing delegate and chair registrations, communicating conference updates, coordinating study guides, and arranging logistical details via secure spreadsheets.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared where necessary for event logistics (e.g., venue coordination at Rhine-Waal University) or platform processing (mymon).
